The Wahl 5 Star Vapor Clipper is a professional corded and cordless hair clipper with an 8,000 rpm brushless motor and adjustable 0.5–1.2 mm blade for bald fades and precision cutting.

Designed specifically for seamless balding, close fading and precision barbering, the Vapor combines high-speed motor technology with Wahl's F32 FADEOUT blade. Its adjustable bald-to-fade blade allows the cutting length to be altered between 0.5 mm and 1.2 mm, providing control when transitioning from bald areas into longer fades.

The high-speed brushless motor with Adaptive Speed Control™ delivers consistent 8,000 rpm power across different hair types and textures. This helps maintain cutting performance when working through varying hair density, while the deeper blade teeth support consistent hair feeding.

The F32 FADEOUT blade is manufactured from high-carbon steel with black PVD chrome and DLC coatings, providing strength and corrosion resistance. It features 32 fine ball-point teeth designed to glide smoothly over the skin, helping reduce nicks and snags. With 50% more teeth and a lighter construction than Wahl's standard blade, it is designed for faster, smoother cutting.

How to Use

1. Fully charge the Wahl cordless clipper or trimmer before use.
2. Attach the desired guide comb and select your cutting length.
3. Adjust the taper lever if required.
4. Switch on and move the clipper through clean, dry hair using steady strokes.
5. Use different combs or a Wahl trimmer for blending, fading and detailing.
6. Switch off and brush away loose hair after use.
7. Apply Wahl blade oil to keep the blades clean and running smoothly.
8. Recharge and store safely ready for your next use.
